FEES AND SERVICES
(FEES AND CREDIT POLICY)

There is no charge to browse at creativeensemble.com, but you do pay fees to list Résumés, post Job Opportunities and other types of postings as they become available.

The following is the current fee schedule and terms of payment for creativeensemble.com.

1. Posting Costs
All prices are subject to change with out notice. All price changes shall be effective at the time of posting.

(a) Résumés
$107.00 (including GST1) per year
(b) Job Opportunities
$37.45 (including GST) per week commencing on the day on which the job opportunity is first posted.2
(c) Photo or artwork insertion by Creative Ensemble Inc.
$5.35 (including GST) per insert
(You may insert photo or artwork yourself at no additional charge)
(d) Typing of Résumé or Job Opportunity by Creative Ensemble Inc.
$26.75 (including GST) per posting
(You may enter your own Résumé or Job Opportunity at no additional charge)
(e) Updating and changing posted Résumés or Job Opportunities
i Five updates   no charge
ii For each update thereafter   $5.35 (including GST)
iii Prepaid package of 20 updates   $42.80 (including GST)
1 GST refers to Goods and Services Tax in Canada.
2 No Refunds are provided for any posting of Résumés or Job Opportunities notwithstanding a Résumé or Job Opportunity may be removed by the member submitting same prior to the expiration of the time period.


2. Conditions of Membership and for posting Résumés and Job Opportunities
(a) Prior to a Résumé or Job Opportunity being posted on creativeensemble.com, the following conditions must be met:
i Your e-mail request for submission and Résumé content must be approved.
ii Your cheque or money order must be received and clear the bank.
(b) By using this site you approve our User Agreement and all disclaimers associated therewith.


3. Payment Terms
(a) If you reside in Canada, please send cheque or money order payable to Creative Ensemble Inc., 6000 Bathurst Street, Suite # 1005, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M2R 1Z2.
(b) If you reside outside Canada, payment must be made by money order in Canadian funds made payable to Creative Ensemble Inc., 6000 Bathurst Street, Suite # 1005, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M2R 1Z2.
(c) If payment is made from outside the country, and you are exempt from payment of Goods and Services Tax (GST) the fee schedule should be modified as follows:
i. Résumés
$100.00 per year
ii. Job Opportunities
$35.00 per week commencing on the day on which the job opportunity is first posted.
iii. Photo or artwork insertion by Creative Ensemble Inc.
$5.00 per insertion
(You may insert photo or artwork yourself at no additional charge)
iv. Typing of Résumé or Job Opportunity by Creative Ensemble Inc.
$25.00 per posting
(You may enter your own Résumé at no additional charge)
v. Updating and changing posted Résumés or Job Opportunities:
Five updates no charge
For each update thereafter $5.00
Prepaid package of 20 updates $40.00


4. Submissions to Creative Ensemble Inc
(a) If you wish the assistance of Creative Ensemble Inc. in posting a Résumé or Job Opportunity or in inserting a photograph or other artwork, same must be submitted to Creative Ensemble Inc. at 6000 Bathurst Street, Suite # 1005, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M2R 1Z2 with full particulars of your request. If you wish photographs, artwork or any other materials returned, please send a stamped self addressed envelope.
(b) (b) While Creative Ensemble Inc. will be as a careful as possible with photographs and artwork and any other materials provided, we are not responsible for loss or damage to same.


5. Multiple Résumés
(a) If member submits second Résumé within 60 days of posting the first Résumé, the cost of posting the second Résumé is $53.50 (including GST of 7%).
(b) For the posting of three Résumés or more, provided at least three Résumés are maintained on the site (during at least 6 months following the third submission), each Résumé after the second shall cost $32.10 (including GST of 7%).


6. Multiple Job Opportunities
(a) If member submits second Job Opportunity within 10 days of posting the first Job Opportunity, the cost of posting the second Job Opportunity is $26.75 (including GST of 7%).
(b) For the posting of three Job Opportunities or more, provided at least three Job Opportunities are maintained on the site (during at least 2 weeks following the third submission), each Job Opportunity after the second shall cost $16.05 (including GST of 7%).


Note: Fees paid by you to purchase or pay for the right to sell or maintain an item on creativeensemble.com. You do not purchase any exclusive rights to a web page on creativeensemble.com. Creative Ensemble Inc. may, in its sole discretion, and without your consent or payment to you, place third party advertisements on any web page within our site.
