FEES AND SERVICES
(FEES AND CREDIT POLICY)

There is no charge to browse at creativeensemble.com, but you do pay fees to list Résumés, post Job Opportunities and other types of postings as they become available.

The following is the current fee schedule and terms of payment for creativeensemble.com.

1. Posting Costs
All prices are subject to change without notice. All price changes shall be effective at the time of posting.No Refunds are provided for any posting of Résumés or Job Opportunities notwithstanding a Résumé or Job Opportunity may be removed by the member submitting same prior to the expiration of the time period.

(a) Résumés
$100.00 (plus $13.00 HST in Canada) per year, commencing on the day on which the résumé is first posted.
(b) Job Opportunities
$35.00 (plus $4.55 HST in Canada) per week, commencing on the day on which the job opportunity is first posted.


2. Conditions of Membership and for posting Résumés and Job Opportunities
(a) Prior to a Résumé or Job Opportunity being posted on creativeensemble.com, the following conditions must be met:
i Your e-mail request for submission and Résumé content must be approved by creativeensemble.com.
ii Your payment, either through PayPal or by cheque or money order, must be received and cleared.
(b) By using this site you approve our User Agreement and all disclaimers associated therewith.


3. Payment Terms
(a) If you reside in Canada, please pay through PayPal OR send a cheque or money order payable to Creative Ensemble Inc., 9200 Dufferin Street, PO Box 20014, Concord, ON, Canada L4K 0C8.
(b) If you reside outside Canada, payment must be made through PayPal OR by money order in Canadian funds made payable to Creative Ensemble Inc., 9200 Dufferin Street, PO Box 20014, Concord, ON, Canada L4K 0C8.
(c) If payment is made from outside the country, and you are exempt from payment of Goods and Services Tax (GST) the fee schedule should be modified as follows:
i. Résumés
$100.00 per year, commencing on the day on which the résumé is first posted
ii. Job Opportunities
$35.00 per week, commencing on the day on which the job opportunity is first posted.


Note: Fees paid by you to purchase or pay for the right to sell or maintain an item on creativeensemble.com. You do not purchase any exclusive rights to a web page on creativeensemble.com. Creative Ensemble Inc. may, in its sole discretion, and without your consent or payment to you, place third party advertisements on any web page within our site.
